Frequently asked questions
We can get one of our fitters out to you to replace a track. The cost to do this depends on the time to do the job and distance. Costing anywhere from £30 + VAT to a local job for a small machine up to £100 + VAT for an 8 tonne machine. Machines over 8 tonne would cost more.
We can arrange for a fitter to attend but this cost would be charged to you. The cost to repair a puncture is usually around £60 + VAT
Our machines will be delivered to you full of fuel. Your hire cost does not include fuel unless you specifically ask us to include it. You should return the machine full of fuel. If we have to refuel, we will charge you to refill the tank. Ask us about fuel bowsers for short or long-term hire contracts which will save you time and money.
We don’t usually charge if the machine receives minor scratches, but serious damage such as dents, scratches to rams, panels or other parts would, unfortunately, result in a repair bill.
We operate under the CPA terms & conditions. All customers must abide by these & it’s assumed that if you hire from us you will abide by them.
